I qualified at Lincoln University in 2016 with a first class BSc in Herbal Medicine.
My studies combined herbal tradition with modern science. This gives me the ability to combine my knowledge of pathophysiology, phytochemistry and clinical skills with a more holistic and energetic perspective of health.
Prior to my herbal medicine training, I worked as a gardener on a number of community food growing projects. I love spending time outdoors and helping people to develop a connection with plants.
In the UK, we have an abundance of plant medicines growing around us and I enjoy sharing my knowledge to enable people to identify and safely use our native medicinal plants. I also grow herbs and process them into medicines which are used in my practice.
